CHOCOLATE MASCARPONE TRIFLE

Delicious but very filling. Looks good, can be adapted quite easily.


Ingredients:
1 tub mascarpone cheese
250 ml double cream
400 ml whipping cream
1 tin condensed milk
150 g dark chocolate
2 chocolate chip muffins
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Serves 6

1. Mix the mascarpone cheese with 100 ml double cream, half a tin of condensed milk and the coca powder.
2. Melt 100 grams of the dark chocolate with 150 ml of the double cream and half of the remaining condensed milk, mix till smooth. Leave to cool.
3. Whip the whipping cream
4. Best served in tall glasses, drop a dollop of the mascarpone mixture in each, then crumble a layer of chocolate chip muffin over it, sprinkle some condensed milk and some chocolate sauce over, then another layer of the mascarpone mixture. A big dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with some grated dark chocolate.
5. Nicest when refrigerated for a while
